First of all, Elyse and Jacob are such a kind, relaxed couple who were super easy to work it felt like working with friends especially after we spent an evening together for their engagement session!

Their wedding was a perfect mix of elegance and rustic charm, full of thoughtful details. Elyse wore a stunning form-fitting bridal gown with lace and beaded details, while her bridesmaids wore gorgeous burgundy dresses.

Their ceremony was held at the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, which is one of the prettiest churches in Henderson. I love the old architecture and the rich natural light that comes in through the tall windows. It’s the perfect spot for a classy ceremony.

After the ceremony, we headed out to Henderson Brewery for a relaxed cocktail hour.

Their reception was held at the beautiful historic tobacco barn at The Farmer and Frenchman Winery. This is one of the most beautiful wedding venues near Evansville, there are so many great spots to take photos. I loved all the cute reception details like the custom glasses for the bride and groom and the Christmas ornament seating chart. One of my favorite things about photographing weddings at the Farmer and Frenchman Winery is the food! The food is always delicious and I’ve been lucky enough to have generous couples who made sure to feed us like guests, which I’m always so grateful for!

All the details were beautiful, but my favorite part of this wedding was all the sweet glances between Elise and Jacob throughout the day! There were also so many emotional moments during the speeches at the reception. It was hard to narrow down my images from this day!
